About the Project
These opening titles were created for F1 Academy broadcast, used at the start of every session across the full race calendar. The sequence was designed for the main broadcast feed, introducing the series consistently across practice, qualifying, and race coverage. The titles needed to work reliably at scale while establishing a clear, confident visual identity for the championship.

Our Contribution
Working alongside the production team, we delivered the motion graphics for the broadcast package. This included early exploratory work around integrating graphics with live-action footage, motion name tags for each driver, and fully CG intro and outro sequences. The final titles were produced using After Effects and Cinema 4D, designed to sit cleanly within the existing F1 Academy brand framework.

The Process
The project began with motion exploration to test how graphics could interact with live-action footage before the final structure was defined. Once the approach was locked, the CG intro and outro were developed alongside the animated driver name tags. Live-action footage was then integrated into the sequence, creating a repeatable broadcast package that remained consistent across the season.
